MarketingSteps

The “how it works” steps — cards with an ordinal and an arrow to the next one. The number comes from the order, it is not typed.

When to use it

The section describes a procedure and the order matters: step two makes no sense before step one.
There are three steps, or four for a process — columns offers only those two values, because “as many as you like” would turn the handoff rule into a suggestion.

When not to use it

The items are equal and the order is arbitrary. Then it is a feature list — IngotMarketingTri.
It is an in-app wizard the user walks through. That is IngotStepCard: it holds step state (done, in progress) and collapses; these cards are a static description.

Properties

items: readonly IngotMarketingStepItem[] — The steps in reading order. The component derives the number itself.
columns: 3 | 4 — Three columns is the default; four only for process steps.
testId: string — An anchor for tests — on the list.
